I first saw these at an enrichment activity of another ward, and decided to make them for Christmas. That was over a year and a half ago, and my children still love them! In fact, they are so popular around here that every time my nephews came to our house for a while, they would go home and tie shirts around their necks so they could have "capes" like their cousins. Needless to say, my sister-in-law had to make capes for her boys too! Here is a link that walks you through how to make them.
