Yummy Orange Jello

This is a great one for summer BBQs! I think it works best if you make it the night before so it has plenty of time to set up!

Yummy Orange Jello:

1 Large box Lemon Cook 'N Serve Pudding

1 Large box Orange Jello

Mandarin Oranges, drained (I like to use 3 small cans)

1 Carton Cool Whip

Prepare Lemon pudding as directed on the box using 1/4 C. less water.

While it is cooling, boil water for jello and prepare Jello as directed in a large bowl (big enough to combine lemon pudding and use electric mixer without making a huge mess!) using 1/4 C. less cold water.

Mix pudding and jello together using electric mixer or wire whisk until well blended.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan and add mandarin oranges.

Let set several hours or overnight.

Top with Cool Whip just before serving. Enjoy!
